How to tether my milestone to my loptop
You can tether your droid to a computer with a USB cable to share internet connection, but verizon charges you a hefty price.
Fortunately, there are apps on the android market that also do the job.
Method 1: Tether Android with Apps that Need Root (Free, heavy configuration)
The Android Wi-Fi Tether application turns your phone into a Wi-Fi hotspot--essentially aMiFi--in one tap. The catch? You have to gain root access to your phone, a multi-step process that uses an unofficial Android add-on which can brick your phone if applied incorrectly. Rooting Android is doable for geeks and hackers with experience soft-modding hardware, but it's not something most users could (or should!) do.
Method 2: Tether Android with Proxoid (Free, no root required, some configuration
If you don't want to gain root but know enough to get around the command line and use proxy servers, the Proxoid Android app can tether your phone for free.
Method 3: Tether Android with PdaNet ($30, no root required, minimal configuration
Finally, the PdaNet Android application lets you tether Android using an app on the phone plus simple software you install on your computer

My droid keeps freezing up
Sounds like you have too much running in the backround. Try uninstalling some of the programs you dont use. Even though you dont have the program open and being used, most programs start automatically and run in the backround to receive push notifications, etc. The 3g arrows thing is normal, its just indicative of if data is being sent or received (or both) at that particular moment in time.

Whats the easys way to unlock my phone
A lot of Nokia phone owners enable their phone security codes.
Why?
The answer is so simple, and it might be the easiest question to answer.
The security code is a good way to protect your data and all private
information on your phone to be looked up by anybody, even your friends.
But, locking your phone would sometimes get you into difficulties,
moreover, when you forgot the modified security codes you made.
However, you should worry about the security code since you can unlock it again provided that you use these easy ways.
First, enter "12345′ preset code when the phone asks you to enter the security code.
Second, select "menu" and go to "settings."
Third, select security options and continue your step by choosing "code in use."
Fourth, you have to choose whether it would be better to activate the
security code or not. If you disable the security code, it means the
phone is in an unlock condition, thus it will not require you to enter
any code.

My droid is running very slow
Hi there ... Have you inquired of Verizon as to a solution to this trouble? 1-800-2JOININ 24/7. They are the experts. My wife's Droid runs lile a Deere is chasing it.
