TV Guardian Foul Language Filter is normally a hardware device which plugs into the cables which connect your cable or satelite box to your TV and is used to automatically mute out foul language from being heard on your TV.

If you did not ask for this service or put this device on your system yourself, then you can just disconnect and physically remove the TV Guardian device, and then just connect your set top box directly to your TV.
