Hi.

Now the phone is locked with PUK code. The Puk belongs to the SIM card and it is stored in a database held by the company that released the SIM card.

You have only two ways to get rid of the PUK code:

1) Call the phone company that released the SIM card or go to a local phone shop representing the SIM card phone component (e.g. Vodaphone, TMobile etc.)

2) Replace the SIM card with a different one. The PUK is associated to the SIM card and will not be requested anymore.

That's too bad. I also used a Doro phone before but gave itup because I also encountered a problem with it. I've shifted to Just5 becausethis provider has a god reputation and offers more competitive rates. You cancheck this out, too, if you encounter another issue with your phone.
