Check length of label and type of sensor used and check the sensors

You probaly have a graphics issue. Do not use topix compression, it may be unavailable on your printer. Use 8 bits or nibble

default is windows 850. in the menu change this value to your needs or use true type fonts

Check in your software, you may have a alignement option checked or activated.

Download windows driver from www.bartenderbarcodesoftware.com define the pages et label size in the driver, check that you have validated the coreect use (direct or thermal transfer) gap, black mark etc.. Once the driver install , you can use ssdal send file.txt to snd a file to the printer. Check with the help /? option

You have to check that the Detect wheel is not filled with dirt. Open the case whre the electronic board is placed. Look in the mecanism for the ribbon rewind and unwind. Ther are wheels turning in a fork cell. Check that it is not filled with dirt or grease.

Change graphic settings to 8 bits or 4 bits instead of Topix compression in the driver. Firmware too old to understand the instructions.

If you are using a windows driver do not use Topix in the graphics. Use 8 bits or 4 bits. The firmaware may not be able to understand the Topix algorithm. What you have is a syntax error displayed.

You probably have a riibon that is too apacque (dark) Change the parameter to Ribbon noTrans in the printer parameters. Or you may have the reverse situation. It is defined as No rans and you need to chage to Trans.

The ribbon error may have different origins:- - check that the winding is externe. - Check that the ribbon core is fitted corectly. - Check that you selected thermal printing in the driver. - Check tha the size of the label is correct and that the interval between label is correctly propgramed. heck that the the value of the ribbon motors is not set to -15.

check the syntaxe and the coordinates. You are may be defining a coordinate outside the label you are printing at 73,6 mm from the left border and 54.8 mm from the top of the label.

this is syntax error . Check firmware version - Topix grahics with firmware version 3 or higher - Use compress or ascii graphics in the driiver hope this helps
