I have a toshiba estudio 452 when i want to print it shows E550 but there is no paper in the paper feed area , and I checked it several times

Try alcohol and a soft cloth or cotton. But I'm afraid you'll have to change the print head.

First of all check that the ribbon core is correctly placed with the notches fitting on the Green wheels. If th ribbon coe is not secured the wheel will not turn and no ribbon will be detected. If your core is too short and with no notches, you'll have to glue a pice from another core an create a notch.

Send the correct length to the printer. Use a windows driver to sent a test page at the correct size and dectection

Check the detection and the label size. Use no detection if it's continuous media or transmissive or black mark but if you use detection sensor check that the size is correct.

Check that you are not in direct thermal mode and if the roll is correctly placed on the supports. If the roll is not meant for this printer then you have this error

You have to callibrate the sensors and check your settings in the driver
