uninstall and re install

have you try scaned your laptop for any possible viruses?. One of the cause if their are no virus occur are your hardware parts inside of your laptop, their is a possible that your videocard failed to load a graphics, if that's the case better to send your laptop to technical person inorder for you to prevent further damage of your laptop. Tips better to back up your files before sending out to technical person for safe keeping. Thanks hope it helps.

I'm not sure what application you are using the webcam in but if it happens to be skype, perhaps this will help:

In skype options; go to video settings. Click the webcam settings button, this will open a "capture properties" window. in this window, test checking the "mirror horizontal" check box.

I am very sorry for your problem I had had the same problem a few years back you can try super glue as a temporary fix but the key board really dose need to be replaced if its not covered under warranty you can just bring it to a local computer repair shop and they will be able to fix it for you for a fairly cheep price.

are you getting any lights on?saying its on. sounds like it over heated,can you hear if the fan is trying to run? if so try cleaning it all out.

try asking windows to look for the driver,or roll the windows back to when it last worked.

try going into your control panel and click on the pointer icon and see if you can set from there
