Are you using the Mail app that comes with iOS , or are you using a different email program that you are trying access via a web browser ... Whenever I download an ap, it appears on both my phone and the iPad. It's part of Apple's program of inter connectivity between all their products. I just take it off my phone if I don't want it there. It doesn't remove it from my iPad also when I do that.

You probably got SwanView App installed on your device that is trying to override your default Camera. If you do, remove the App and use default iOS Camera. Hope this will help! ~~~Good Luck~~~

Im not sure what you mean by 'link'. Maybe you mean Sync? If you are looking to Sync the two devices, you have to upload your data to icloud. Apple gives us all 5GB of free storage. I normally sync my Notes App, Contacts, Calendar, Reminders and a few other. You have to be using the same Apple ID on both devices. Go to your Settings. Go to iCloud. turn on the apps you want to sync.

Which icon ? You iPad has many icons that are part of Apple's iOSand others that you may have added.

You can’t change the number and email address. This has to be done by a phone service like AT&T, T-Mobile, etc., or a company that is contracting with them that sells their service, like WalMart, Target, etc. They would assign a mobile phone number and use whatever email address you may already have from your Internet Service Provider , e.g., Cox, Comcast, etc.
