If you're certain that you are, log back in to your laptop and change your Exchange password to something simple like Password123. Wait about 20 minutes (it can take time for the password change to take effect across the domain) and try logging in with this new password. If it works, it was the password. I believe the only thing you'll be able to do now is to restore the device using a machine and iTunes.

There may be a conflict between the wifi and 3g network.Shut off wifi to check for connection again.Then do opposite,shut off 3g to connect to wifi only.

you need to DFU restore your iPhone. Hope you got a backup, because you're losing the stuff on it. with iPad plugged in, hold down the sleep wake switch, and the home button for about 10 seconds, until the iPad turns off.
