Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary. Before going further; try a hard reset first. If it does not help you, replace the main digital board. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. My Sharp LC-52E77UN TV shut

The power supply is the biggest problem that we see right now. You can take the TV apart and check the capacitors in the power supply for bulging on the ends, that indicates that they are bad. Caps are very inexpensive.

TV has a broken lcd. The lcd is not punctured.

This problems is not repairable only can be replaced the entire LCD picture screen panel.The LCD, Plasma or any picture screen panels for that matter are 90% inportant to the tvs.These screen panels are in limited productions by the tvs corporations.The only place u can buy a tvs screens panels are the tvs corporations themselves.Yes,they'll sell it to u,but they'll charges u same as a new tv.Sorry tvs with broken or damages the screen panels are not worth trying to replaced the screen panels.The tv only now,worth as a salvages tv for it electronic boards for spare parts,that it.

When you say WD box, do you mean a Western Digital Hard Disk Drive? If so, get a Solid State Drive (SSD), and connect it via USB3. The HDD or the USB connection is not fast enough to keep up with the required speed of the video. If you mean something else, please add details.

Check the high voltage circuit on the board that has the 120 volts input. The high voltage should be close to 400 volts - nothing less than 390 volts. The capacitor is failing to hold the voltage and needs to be replaced.
