Kyocera ECOSYS M6526cdn A4 Color Laser Multifunction Printer. Weird error.

Question edited for a lot more clarity. Question moved to Kyocera. Nothing to do with a fax card, just make sure the back door is closed. It is normally called the 'Bypass Door' and gives card stock a flat run.

It sounds like your paper is set to Letter size and you are printing onto A4 size paper? That would result in a 4 cm gap difference. The engineer says the printer is okay, so the problem must be deep in settings of the device sending the prints to the printer.
