How to resolve U File is Missing. Free of Charge?

Hey Linda, In order to fix this issue....u need to uninstall the kodak home center software from your computer and then u need to reinstall the kodak home center software on your computer. depending upon the operating system of your computer u can download the software using this link. http://www.kodak.com/global/mul/service/index.html?reqURL=http://support.en.kodak.com/app/home/src/gosupport select the option for appropriate operating system and the download will start.

I have a kodak esp3200 series printer, I replaced both cartridges but it still prints blank sheets of paper. What does error 3501 mean

The Kodak Printhead has electrically failed. A new one can be purchased from Kodak.com support website...I think they are around $35 or so. Just remove cartridges, then you can 'pop out' the printhead to remove/replace.

Printer not printing document, prints out blank page

You may have a bad print head. Go through the troubleshooting in the Home Center>Resources first. It may have you run the clean print head function. If that doesn't do the trick you can order a print head at: http://www.kodak.com/ek/US/en/Home_Main/Inkjet_Products/Printing_Supplies.htm

Calibration ok but still prints blank pages

If the print tests are good, the only thing preventing your printer from printing is the print drivers. Download the latest correct drivers from Kodak's website and install them.

Kodak com go aiosupport

e-mail them, or get on their site and inform them they sent the wrong item. they should pay for return postage and send you the item you ordered!! including any refund that may be due you!! don't let the bastards wear you down!! if you ordered it from kodak they will probably make it right. one suggestion Rose- don't list your address on any future help requests!! not safe for you! now i've re-read your post- question- did you order the carts you needed- or was one a slip of the finger? if you order the 10c rather than the 10, you got what you ordered. they may be nice and replace it. you'll probably pay the postage.they can re-package or discount it to somebody. this surely isn't the first time this has happened.all you can do is try! good luck!

How do I remove the ink cartridge

go to start menu, right-click computer, click manage, on the left double click device manager, when the menu is populated look for other devices, you should see your printer. double-click it. a menu will pop up, click the tab labelled driver, then click update driver, click the option that lets windows search for solutions/drivers online. this will find and install the drivers automatically the way windows knows best, this should fix the printer not detected issue and the printer should be ready for use. that is given that you have the latest kodak software installed on your computer. for some reason there is a compatability issue with windows 7. its the kodak software not windows 7. im looking for a way to report the issue to kodak now, hopefully they can resolve this issue to eliminate all this trouble. took me all night to troubleshoot my printer only to find that kodak hadnt corrected the issue on their end. I LOVE WINDOWS 7 :) hope i helped
