What is error code 3513?
It appears that your printhead is loose or missing. Inspect it, clean, and reinstall. Hopefully that should clear the problem.

Taking long time to install
That's not a lot to go on. What computer OS are you using? How did it get deleted in the first place? Any new programs uploaded recently? Have you checked for viruses/malware?
Esp C315 printhead cartridge jam
I had the same problem, but fixed it. All I did was open the access door exposing the cartridge "stuck" to the right. On the very left using a flash light you can see three white gears. I just used my finger to push the gear that was the furthest back forward for under a minute until it was moving smoothly as it felt resistant at first. I then closed everything click the ok button and it just recalibrate itself and now works. This worked for me hopefully it works for you! Good luck!

I'm trying to install my ESP5 printer to an older HP computer but when I go on control panel there it is not on the list to choose from to set up ?
The best solution to this is to go on the internet and download the drivers for your printer. For example go on google and type"downlod printer drivers for(name and model of your Printer). You can get the drivers from any site there. Just double-click on the driver and install on the computer. Restart your computer. If the computer does not detect the printer, go to Start, right-click on My Computer, go to Properties, go to Hardware, go to Device Manager. You will notice a list of devices. Right-click on the empty space inside the box and go to scan for hardware changes. An installation wizard will appear on your screen, follow the instructions on the screen. You will be good

How to remove the ink cartilidge
How do I install a new printhead in my all-in-one printer?
To replace the printhead in your all-in-one printer:
- Make sure the printer is on.
- Lift the printer access door and wait for the carriage to move to the access position.
NOTE: For ESP 3250 and ESP 5250 all-in-one printers:
- On the printer control panel, press Home.
- Select Maintenance, then press OK.
- Select Install Ink Cartridges, then press OK.
If "Install Ink Cartridges" is not an available selection, upgrade the firmware.
- Remove any paper that may be loaded in the printer.
- Remove the black and color ink cartridges and set them aside.
- Remove the existing printhead:
- For ESP Series Printers, unlatch the printhead by lifting the latch in the center of the carriage.
- For 5000 Series Printers, unlatch the printhead by pressing the button in the upper-left corner of the carriage.
- Lift the printhead out of the carriage.
- Remove the new printhead from its bag.
CAUTION: Do not touch the copper contacts on the printhead, as this may damage it.
- Remove the plastic protective shields.
- Place the new printhead into the carriage.
- Push firmly against the target label of the printhead until you hear a loud snap.
- Insert the color ink cartridge into the printhead and press down until you hear it click into place.
- Insert the black ink cartridge into the printhead and press down until you hear it click into place.
- Close the printer access door.
The printer detects the new printhead. Follow the instructions on the LCD to calibrate your printer.
NOTE: ESP 3 all-in-one printers do not require calibration.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to use KODAK Ink Cartridges. Your KODAK All-in-One Printer is designed to work with KODAK Ink Cartridges. Kodak is not responsible for the compatibility or performance of either non-Kodak brand ink cartridges or refilled ink cartridges. You can purchase KODAK Ink Cartridges from the
KODAK Store.

Can i use the printer without a color cartridge
Hi, I have the same printer and unfortunately you are unable to print at all if one of the cartridges is out of ink. This the reason Kodak inks are cheaper. If i'd know this at the time I would never have purchased the printer. Im in the process of finding the right printer for my needs now. Hope this helped.

Error msg is failed to locate paper edge
Hi there maximum time we found it is a the head problem. The print head is what the cartridges sit in inside of the printer. For resolve the problem please follow these.
Open the printer and wait for the carriage to slide over. Some how if its not come then Unplug the printer & Manually slide the carriage.
Now Remove the ink cartridges from the print head & Use wet warm cotton swab or use alcohol to thoroughly clean the print head.
Repeat this until there is no ink residue coming off on the cotton swab. After finished it make the head dry then fix it back. Now Try to print something now
If that does not work then follow the next step.
Remove the printer data cable & restart the PC & printer. Then fit back the data cable & turn on the printer. Hope that's start working , if no luck then Uninstall the printer driver & restart the PC & Printer both again. Now install the driver of the printer and connect it with PC ,Turn on printer & go for a test print from the printer preference. Thanks & waiting for your reply.
