If all of your cartridges are good and full of ink and you have done all to clean and still cannot get printer to print a test page then your print head is fubar and in need of replacement. Not cheap and often better to get new printer than replace the print head.

Try pulling the plug on printer while it is on. Then push in and hold the on button for about a minute. If unit has internal battery for memory remove that also. Then replug and turn on.

Alignment shows black & streaky, only covers 3/4's of a line, color is good. The printer copies a document no problem; but only copies color (no black) from the computer. If the document is black print, I get a blank page. Do not know how to remove printhead

what country you need to state voltage that come out of power point - is it 120 volt or 240 volt because it has to match with power supply check with seller before buying anything and definately before plugging it into a power point . . Can you delete your printer from your pc and reload it? mine hangs up once in a while too. Just weird gremlins as sometimes it's perfect.

You said the device will not "print" color copies. Have you tried to make a copy of something in color? Recommend printing out a demo page that should show all colors listed, also do a print head alignment that would show the colors too.
