I lost my recovery partation

Hi you will need skillful guy to restore your PC Operating system if you had reformatted your hard drive. To restore your O/S without having your recovery CD is to ask from your vendor a copy of it and re-install again. You can do it by having an external DVD driver, change the boot sequence in start up and presto you can reload again your O/S and other applications. Don't forget btw to load the driver in order your PC to work properly.

My notebook is having trouble to start

HI. Welcome to Fixya. Restore from the Recovery Partition
  • Start your netbook and tap the F9 key on your keyboard until you see a loading screen.
  • The restore program prepares the files needed for the operation.
  • A message appears asking if you want to perform the operation, you will lose all files on your computer.
  • Confirm by clicking .
  • This will restore your netbook to factory settings and without any action on your part. Finally we should rather say the Ghost.
  • At the end of the operation, the netbook will reboot on its own, and finish these configurations.
  • A reboot is performed again, and you're on the setup process of Windows as the first boot after buying the netbook.
Hope this resolved your issue.
Thanks for contacting Fixya. Bye for now.

I dropped my Asus eee

Your LCD panel is cracked. It needs to be replaced. Generally physical damage to LCD panels is not covered under warranty by manufacturers, so you are better off going to a PC repair shop and have them order the replacement screen for you. If you are comfortable taking apart the system you should be able to find a replacement screen on ebay.
