You have to clean the charger unit, The charger unit is piece comes ontop of the drum, you could take it out and clean. if you open the front cover, look next to the waste toner, you will see green piece, you could take it out and clean. You may clear the problem by cleaning the primary corona wire inside the drum unit by sliding the blue tab.Make sure you return the blue tab to the Home position.
