The problem is capacitance issues. The problem can occur via an associate circuit board, other than the main board that was replaced. If you have test equipment to trace the circuits, then you may find the culprit.

I think you have two errors: 1. New service not found 2. usb power overload. #2 means that whatever you have plugged in is taking too much power for the tv to run it. Unplug it, and see if things work better.

Was this problem why you changed the panel in the first place? check your connectors and perhaps you have a bad Tcon.

All I can suggest is press down and hold your menu button on the remote and roll around in circles.Also try it with the menu button on the TV.It definitely sounds like it is being pushed down enough to be stuck.If that does not work please write back and in the meantime I will research it a little further.Bought in March huh?90 day waranty too I bet?How long has this been going on?If it does not work,I am also providing a link to Samsung to contact them.You will need probably model number and serial number.If you have the receipt,registered it,or have a credit statement to show when you bought it,and you are really persistent,they will usually do something about it.Samsung is supposed to be one of the best TV's too.I am surprised by this issue.Good luck!

sounds like a power supply issue possibly bad capacitors on the power board. You can get a replacement power supply board from www.tvcircuitboards.com
