You are in need of the a board inwhich you can more than likely install yourself. Make sure the power is not plugged in when you do it. The board that you need is Panasonic TZT/A10QXL (TNPH0856AC) A Board for TC-L32C22
There are lots of different places you can look to get one. Usually, the cheapest method is off ebay or retech

Volume will not work
My iphone volume is all the way up but when I go to watch a video it has no sound

Yes, it is going to be most likely the power board or something connected to it----voltages will need to be checked---most authorized Panasonic shops will also know what is bad in advance.
