If it is not letting you to turn your settings on then make sure that our sim card is on, the phone is not in airplane mode. Try to restart your phone or you can try to take out the sim card, wait a minute then put it back. If you can reach the settings then go to settings - wireless and networks . mobile networks - make sure the the data is enabled and then go to acces point names and make sure that you have the correct APN setup there. For this one please call your mobile phone provider for the proper settings.

if its not rooted, try to get a firmware update from your operator. If rooted, just do a factory reset.

Hi, Have you enabled the "USB Debugging" on your phone? It should be under the Phone settings. The sequence should be similar to this... Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB Debugging and check whether USB Debugging is Enabled/On or Disabled/Off. If it's Enabled, Disable it or if it's Disabled, then Enable it and try again.
As per Tether's Mobile Stream, the USB Mass Storage should be enabled on Motorola phones to get this worked.
But all options aren't similar, this might be different with your phone. I am only assisting with the troubleshooting instructions.
Even if the USB Mass Storage and USB Debugging is corrected and the problem persists, then you may likely need to Root your phone. You can follow the instructions given HERE (but I don't think this is applicable for EasyTether, I am only including this for your reference).
I would also suggest you to re-install EasyTether and the Driver (Click HERE to download). In most cases, enabling the "USB Debugging" and "USB Mass Storage" fix this problem.

Likely not as most phones have sensors in them to indicate there's water damage and it's difficult, if not impossible to repair. Have you tried putting the water soaked phone in a bag of rice? I've had that work on a fair number of occasions.

go to tool on your phone ...seek for voice commands and there you'll find some application..

sir if you are using vodafone then send an sms like this. ACT VL to 111(post paid) or 144(pre paid).
If you are using any other network then call the customer care.They will provide you necessary information's.
