It should be the last four digest of the original phone # you were given when you purchased the phone.

The PUK is the Pin Unlock Key. If the phone is asking for it that means the sim card is locked. DO NOT GUESS AT THIS CODE! If you enter the wrong code too many times the sim card will become permanently disabled.

You need to call your cellular carrier (or whoever the phone came from) to get the proper code to unlock the phone. The only alternative is to replace the sim card altogether.

Does it have a external memory card? If yes then check the space left the in the memory card. I believe it is trying to save the file in the memory card which already stuffed. You can either pop the card out first and then download or make some space in the card.

PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY. Phone ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make.The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause. Very Simple solution is go to your service provider or call them to unlock that code If u have to call rather to go there, Please use some other mobile with same network to call your service provider.The service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. Tell him the details of your mobile.They will provide you PUK code free.
