Does anyone have a schematic showing how to put the motor back together. mine was taken apart, and now I can't find the washers and need to replace and put everything back together correctly. any he

follow this steps . God bless you
  1. Unplug the blender and remove the jar. Undo the screws securing the baseplate. Separate the baseplate and attached motor collar from the base housing.
  2. To remove the switch housing, remove the decorative facing to get at the top screws. Remove the lower screws from inside the blender base.
  3. Hold the fan to keep the motor shaft from turning as you unscrew the drive stud. Remove the shield and any washers. Unscrew the fan nut to remove the fan.
  4. Disengage the strain-relief fitting from the housing. Remove the wire connector joining the power cord and the lead to the brush housing.
  5. Label and disconnect the lead wires from the switch block. Remove the motor mounting bolts and lift out the motor if necessary.
  6. To free brushes, remove the leads attached to the brush housing. Use a screwdriver to press lead terminal through the slot in housing. The brush spring may pop out (don't lose it!).

Remove motor from 1940s F-2 Waring blender

If you think you need to replace it, first make sure you can get the part. then look for a parts breakdown at an online parts store. If that doesn't help you will have to hunt and peck to figure it out. Do not be too aggressive, though after all these years things will be stuck.

I have an older Waring blender, model WF1112218. My problem is I took it apart to clean it and now can't figure out how it goes back together. Is it rubber gasket then rotor or the other way around?

Hello, Carla -For all electric blenders the rubber gasket is placed between the glass or plastic blender container and the rotor with the blades. The assembly is easy to recall when one realizes the rubber gasket is the seal for keeping liquids leaking out of the blender.See the image here (it's for a Black and Decker, but the assembly is the same):http://stainless-steel.us/12-pictures-of-baby-bullet-blender-instructions/black-and-decker-blender-assembly-instructions/The image here shows the assembly for a Waring blender (different model than yours):https://www.etundra.com/restaurant-parts/parts-diagrams/waring-bb140-bb150-bb240-bb250-bar-blender-parts/Best wishes.

I have a Waring Pro HPB300 that doesn't seem to be connecting to the blade to make it blend and this creates a burning smell.

Dear Katie, If your machine has a belt inside, it is probably bad. However, most do not. I am suspecting you have a bad bearing inside the machine, and the burning smell is wires; in the which case, please do not use this machine again until it is repaired, so you do not experience a fire. God bless your efforts,.

How to replace waring blender 028538 drive coupling

Check and see if your blender was made in China. If so, the chances are really slim for a finding parts for a fix. If it was made in the USA, try "e-bay" for parts. If you need a parts list, you will need to find one first. Also, type Waring Blender into your search engine on your computer, to see if a dealer or repair place has a web-site. God bless your efforts.

Leaks at the bottom of the glass holder

I'm no expert but in my experience if it leaking at the bottom then either the jar /carafe has a few chips or cracks around the hole in the bottom that the blade fits through and in that case you need to replace the jar and your blade assembly may still be good and can be moved to a new jar/carafe. Or the blade assembly has come loose a little and need to be tightened or some the washers (usually the rubber ones) have worn out and need to be replaced. There's plenty of explanation here at amazon and else where on how to replace the assembly blade, move it to a new jar and tighten it down, etc. Hope this helps!
