Hi

Foam has ripped off from where?

If it is the handlebar foam this is not available as a seperate spare part item. To replace it would mean replacing the handlebar. This is a Level 3 repair so the pushchair would need to come in for engineers to provide replacement due to the safety implications of it being incorrectly fitted.

Please visit www.quinny.com and select the country you're in and use the "Contact Us" tab on right side of screen for your enquiry to go to the customer care team in your country who can provide further assistance with this.

Hi

It could be dirt caught in the wheel. Remove the wheel unit and clean with furniture polish and a soft cloth before attaching into place again.

Hi

The initial reaction for the front wheel issue would be that a build up of dirt and grime is causing it to misperform. We would recommend a thorough cleaning of the front wheel unit with furniture polish or dry teflon spray (found in the laundry aisle of larger supermarkets)

You can also book in the chassis for inspection / repair work required on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) Also to obtain replacement central hinge screws you can contact this number and we will be happy to assist.

I think your problem is that the chassis does not lock into place (if this is a quinny stroller we had a similar problem a few times). Just open up the chassis, let it go all the way up, and then firmly lift the handle holding the frame down, until you hear the frame click -- that means it is locked into place. Then you can insert the seat in place and it should not fold down on you. Put some pressure on the seat and if it still folds down, then the locking mechanism is bust and you can take it to the dealer to have it checked. Good luck!
