When pushing my quinny the back wheel starts to come of byitself
Hi Lisa - It could be that if there is dirt and debris on the wheel axel or inside the connection it would prevent the wheel clicking in properly. Remove both back wheels and give a wash in warm soapy water then dry thoroughly before putting back into place. Does the same side wheel fall off even if you swap the back wheels over? If this is the case it would indicate a chassis problem rather than a wheel problem. If it is the same wheel that always falls off it would suggest a wheel problem. Do i have to buy a new seat for my quinny buzz 3
The Quinny Buzz 2007-2010 model requires two seat fabrics. One is thicker, more padded, for a newborn/smaller child and the other is a more canvas type fabric which allows more space for an older child (up to 15kg). You should have received both fabrics when you purchased the Buzz. If you need to buy a 2nd stage (also known as the XL) seat fabric you can do so via your local Quinny retailer or direct with the customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30. RRP is 40GBP for the seat fabric and if ordered direct there will also be 3.99GBP p&p charge. You slide out the thicker fabric from the sub seat (seat frame) and slide in the 2nd stage seat fabric.

One side of my Quinny Buzz (2010 model) frame
Good Morning
Without inspection we wouldn't be able to advise exactly what has happened to this chassis, but it shouldn't be a case of the chassis warping due to your using it with the handlebar extended, as it has been designed for this use. As the chassis is a 2010 model it is still under warranty: Please contact your retailer with your proof of purchase and ask them to make arrangements for the chassis to come to our engineers for full inspection and any repair work required under the terms and conditions of the 2 year chassis warranty.
The brake is hard to
The secret to getting a long useful life out of any stroller is lubrication and the best lubricant is silicon spray. All hardware and auto stores sell it. Avoid oil based products like WD40. If you're been to a beach or a dusty environment wash the frame down first, Dry then spray wiping of any excess with a paper towel. The cable is probably the main culprit.
My quinny buzz 3 (2009)
I'm a mad fan for silicon spray it won't stain like mineral based sprays, best to buy the cans with the straw so you can put it only where it's needed.
