Is it under warranty if so take it back if not buy a new one its more efficient and safer

E1 stall error is usually a lower board problem, that means you may have to replace the lower board.

a. Improper lubrication of belt/deck (too much friction and amperage draw)
b. electrical variance (example: going from US 110 to foreign 220)
c. potentiometer on control board may be set too low (usually blue box with turnable dial) - to change this you would have to turn the dial ever so slightly and test after each movement until the belt starts to run on its own without the error.

Other than the above issues you would have to replace the motor control board and check speed sensor.
