The motor controller weakens over time because of the excessive amperage draw of the motor do to lack of lubrication (which wears the walk belt and walking deck).

Take an amperage reading of the motor it should be 2-3 amps with no one on it, with someone walking on it it should be around 6-12 amps. I would bet yours is elevated above 6-12 amps.The controller is dropping output because of the friction problem.

The first thing to try after testing the amperage is to lubricate the walking platform. Then retest and see if the amperage comes down and it doesn't shut off.

If it does then the next step would be to replace the walking deck. If the amperage still is up you may need to replace the walk belt second and finally if after replacing the deck and belt, if the unit is still shutting down replace the motor controller.

1) Try to get out the controller board motor, and put In bag dry Rice, by 48 hours. 2) clean the board with special contacts cleaner or board electronic( you can buy from any electronic store). 3) Put again the board in the treadmill, If work is ok, IF not the components like IGBT is fault, Replace the completely board. Hello there, It seems that you have a stuck button or a problem with the ifit card area. Yes I know you probably dont use it but just listen. If you have the demo card for the unit try putting the demo card into the ifit slot and press it in and out a couple of times. This will sometimes correct this problem. If that does not correct it then you will need to replace the console or possibly disconnect the ifit section from the console itself. Either way you will need to remove the console.
