My welder will only run above full at full line it dies why

An open fuse means there is no continuity going thru fuse. It was over loaded and blew the fuse. Basically it melted the internal lead inside fuse. It is designed when when more amps flow thru fuse it heats up and melts the material inside fuse so it protects the curcuit and prevents damage to curcuit.

You will need to see if fuel runs out of fuel line attached to carb. If it does that indicates the filter is not plugged. The next thing is to remove fuel bowl and check carb. float and check that it is not stuck in theup position. This float should be hinged and move up and down freely. When it is in the down or hanging position you should see fuel coming from needle and seat. When you lift float it should stop. If this is happening then you have debri in the ports in the carb. and it is going to require to be diassembled and cleaned out all the ports to make sure the proper amount of fuel and air is going through the carb. The fact that you can squirt gas in carb. and it runs means the ignition system is working. Make sure the fuel tank is clean and always drain fuel bowl at the end of season if you store for long periods of time. Also use fresh fuel if it has set for long periods of time.

did you try a touch of starter fluid in the carb just to verify that the engine is getting spark? ethanol gas... if it hasn't run in a few months and you left the gas in it... you better revisit the carb cleaning

We ran a few of these at my old work. The same thing happened to two of them, one had cooked the motherboard and the other one was just full of grinding dust and oily build up around the circuits. Took a whole workday to strip it down and wipe everything off the circuit board terminals. But she kicked over first go after that, and went back to screaming its head off and giving me a headache. Perhaps a few cans of non-flammable terminal cleaner spray will help to speed it all up. Hope this helps mate.

check the wiring and terminals on the earth return wire. They can break away inside the clamp ends. check the wiring and the hand piece

It might be missing a stabilizing spring on the the throttle shaft to eliminate accumulated play in the components.Otherwise if no smell of leaking LP is noted, there may be a small vacuum leak in the induction system- can be found with carb cleaner on an idling engine- the area of such a leak when sprayed will smooth out the idle and speed it up momentarily.If you do smell LP, the regulator likely needs repair or a hose needs replacement..

Have you tried the manufacturer of the engine ?

Probably your machines overloaded. Check your fuses F1 and F2 and if they are open replace them.
Both fuses are located at left hand side of machine, open it and you will find them on the bracket.
