If I print cheques from Tally in MF4400 printer, the job does not get completed. It is in pause state. If I continue the same cheque will be printed again. Why?

What is the cause of error +0001 +131 Hardware Alarm, Check Ribbon 000002+5085+3010 on a Tally Genicom 7265 serial printer. Any help would be great
The Printhead is not where the printer expects it to be. Usually the carriage is jammed, which can be caused by a faulty ribbon. If the carriage is not moving freely with the printer off try to find what is causing the bind.
