What does NGB0 mean on

NG is shortcut for "No Good", indicating a problem. "B0" is the fault code for a communication problem, usually caused by an incompatible setting of communication mode G2 or G4 on the remote machine.
Contact the remote operator and ask he set up his machine for EECM or G3 communication mode, then retry.

Work Center Pro 575 always gets paper jams

If a document jam occurs during a transmission, the message "DOCUMENT JAM" is displayed. If this occurs, follow the procedure below. It is recommended that a duplicate from a copier, of the jammed document be used to reduce the chance of a jam when resending the document.
See Chapter 3, "Loading Documents" for document specifications and recommendations which may help avoid paper jams.
Note: The power can be left ON when clearing a paper jam.
Typical Causes of Document Jams
Recommended Procedure
The document is fed at an angle.
Adjust the Document Guides to the edges of the
document.
The document paper is too thin or too thick.
Make a duplicate using a copier and use the copy
as the sending document.
Document has tape or pieces of paper taped to it.
Remove the tape or make a duplicate using a copier and use the copy as the sending document.
The Control Panel Cover is not fully closed.
Close the Control Panel Cover fully.
The document is stapled. Remove the staple(s), or make a duplicate using a copier and use the copy as the sending document.
Basic Troubleshooting
1. Remove all documents from the Document Support.
2. Open the Control Panel Cover.
3. Remove the document jam. Remove any pieces of paper, paper clips, or staples that may have caused the jam.
4. Close the Control Panel Cover.
5. Verify the display has returned to the Standby Mode.

Need win 7 printer driver

To download compatible drivers from a printer manufacturer's website, first see which version of Windows you're running, and then search for compatible drivers.

NEED DRUM RESET INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: Perform the following procedure to reset the Drum Cartridge counter after you replace the Drum Cartridge. Do not perform this procedure at any other time.
  1. From the Standby Mode, press the [Menu] (up arrow) button, then press [5], [2], [0], [4]. The screen will display: Change drum.
    1. Yes
    2. No
  2. Press [1], then press [Enter]. The screen will display: Completed.
  3. Press [Stop] to return to the Standby Mode.

You hopefully just need to clear memory, delete phone numbers or delete jobs.

If those don't work the Main Board might be bad 160K72560

Plug the phone jack cord to LINE

I can receive faxes but cannot send them

Check your fax speed settings, also, make sure you get a good clear dial tone on the line. Sometimes it wont send if it detects line noise.

Hook up a regular phone to the line and dial *69.

The number should also show up on the display if the other party has programmed it in the sending fax.

Could be the tab that actuates the top cover switch is broken off.

The process unit is your drum,toner, and developer unit. It sits right under the top cover. Big black removeable cartridge.

  1. From the Standby Mode, press the [Menu] (up arrow) button, then press [4], [2]. The screen will display: Date.
    [01-31-2000]
  2. Use the numeric keypad to enter the date and the arrow buttons to move between the fields, then press [Enter]. The screen will display:Date format.
    1. MM-DD-YYYY
    2. DD-MM-YYYY
    3. YYYY-MM-DD
  3. Use the numeric keypad to designate the Date format you require to use. The screen will display: Month format.
    1. Numeric: displays the month with a number
    2. Name: displays an abbreviated month name.
  4. Use the numeric keypad to designate the Month format you require to use. The screen will display: Time format?
    1. 24 hour
    2. 12 hour
  5. Use the numeric keypad to designate the time format you require to use. The screen will display: Time.
    10:30 pm (or 22:30 pm if you chose the 24 hour format).
  6. Use the numeric keypad to enter the time and the arrow buttons to select [AM] or [PM], then press [Enter].
  7. Press [Exit] or [Stop] when the menu selection screen displays to return to the Standby Mode.
