My Grohe kitchen faucet pressure is terrible, I believe I need to replace the screen. Can you help

Not sure if you fixed this yet, but I know that this faucet has a flow control option on it that you might want to adjust.

Hot Water pressure is nearly non-existent. Cold

It sounds like you may have an obstruction in the supply valve under the sink. Turn off water to house. Remove supply tube from valve. Unscrew the packing nut. This is the nut where the stem of the valve enters the body of the valve. Remove it and flush the line by having someone turn on the main while you hold a cup or small bucket over the valve to prevent water from going everywhere. Also check to make sure the washer has not come loose. If the washer shot out when you flushed the line, replace it. Be sure to check flow before reinstalling supply line.

I have Grohe Ladylux and the flow will arbitrarily switch from stream to spray on its own.

Mine would stick in the spray setting. I soaked the whole head in vinegar to clean it and the problem went away.

Clean lime scale from Ladylux cafe pullout

Soak it in white vinegar. It may take longer than stronger chemicals, but you probably have white vinegar on hand.

Leaking faucet

I've had problems with the O-rings at the head leaking, feeding back inside the corrugated hose covering, and pooling under the sink. Might be your problem as well. Verify by holding the head downward, and look for water beading out further up the hose.

How do I set the spring tension on a ladylux kitchen faucet with pullout spray

Personally, I didn't think it was supposed to. I assumed the spring was a form of stress relief for the hose as it nears the pass-through.

How do you remove the spray head from the supply line on a Grohe Ladylux?

Ok not sure what you are asking , but here it goes. If you are wanting to take off the sprayhead simply pull the sprayer out and unscrew. If you want to remove the spray hose from the bottom of the faucet simply grab the red spring loaded connector near the TOP, and pull down spring to release (kind of works like an air hose quick connect). If you want to remove the arch the hose must be removed from the faucet first, then simply jerk up on the arch to remove. When the arch is removed, there is a specialty tool that came with the faucet (which most plumbers keep) to tighten or loosen the faucet. Hope this helps. Luckydog

Need to tighten my ladylux

Grohe has a special tool that is used for installation that comes with the faucet. You have to remove the pullout spray and remove the curved neck of the faucet by pulling out. Insert the tool in the main body and tighten from above. Most plumbers will keep this tool when installing. I don't know if Grohe still uses the same system still today, but they did in the past.

How do I remove grohe water restrictor in kitchen pull out

Unscrew the nozzle from the hose. On the end of the nozzle that screws to the how, you will see the water "restrictor, white ring with 4 little prongs and a black "O" ring in the background. Use a long nose plier and grab one of the prongs and pull out. Screw nozzle back and the water flow will be greatly improved.

Where to place 64 689 and 08 565 parts. Ones

IT GOES ON THE INSIDE OF YOUR HANDHELD DOWN BELOW THE HOSE. THE CIRCULAR END GOES CLOSEST TO RHE HOSE AND THE OPEN TRIANGULAR END GOES IN FIRST TOWARDS THE SPRAY END. IT ACTS AS A VACUUM SO FAUCET DOESN'T DRIP. BY THE WAY.THE COLORED ONE IS RESTRICTED AND THE WHITE IS NOT.

Removal from kitchen sink do you unscrew from top ? because horseshoe shaped nut on bottom captures tubes

Tubes should have a some kind of clip or clasp holding them to the faucet hardware, unless they just have a standard supply line with a nut that loosens. Remove the supply lines first & then attempt to remove the main fixture nut. Unfortunately that is always a bit of a hassle, regardless if you have the proper tools. Workspace is tight & tool workspace even tighter. Good luck

The spray feature will not stay on when button is

Sounds very much like a blockage in the sprayer or in the control valve......Blockage in the sprayer head can be a little difficult unless you have the spec sheet that should be in the box with the faucet......however, blockage in the control valve (handle) could be quite a bit more indepth..... perhaps a plumber would be best..... As far as the sprayer...it can be dissassembled to remove blockage whether blockage is in the areator or in the hose itself....still a fair to medium job.....Plumbers often use pipe compound to seal threads and some use a teflon thread tape that sometimes gets into the small openings and cause blockage......with the weaken pressure it could very likely cause the button to work improperly.......hope this helps.....

If you remove it from the sprayer and then pull it out the bottom it should come out quite easy and you will also need to remove the weight and add it to the new hose after the new one is installed.

The base of my Grohe faucet, where the faucet goes

You are correct. You need a special tool that the manufacture calls a fitting key. Without this key you cannot tighten the faucet to the counter top. Look at this diagram of how it is installed and you can see what the key (G) looks like. You will also need this key to remove the sprayer head to clean it.

Call the person who installed the faucet and ask them what they did with the key. Look around after you see what it looks like and you may find it. Sorta looks like an old outdoor faucet handle. You can contact Grohe for a replacement key from this link.
