That serial number does not match any Epiphone databases. However poor records were kept at some Epi factories in Korea.The number does match a Gibson however , made at the Nashville Plant, TN, USA on September 17th, 2005.The serial number does not give the model. They were not assigned that way.If actually a Gibson, it would sell at anywhere US$1500 to 2500, depending on condition, sub-model, and finish. If the serial number is seen in the soundhole it is a 1938 model, if on the headstock (the more modern practice) a 1962- 1964 (no closer records were kept for those years). Depending on condition Reverb.com values the 1938 model at about US$16000 and the 1963 model at US$9500 - $13500. For a guitar of that value I would get a professional appraisal certificate.
