This is an erroneous error. The Toshiba doesn't understand the file system on the USB Memory Stick and/or how to process the PDF file. You can't 'reboot the computer', because there isn't one. Load the PDF file _to_ a computer and print from there. The will normally print documents or images from USB stick. Hi, Please go into your device settings and look for the title "Disable Auto Key Repeat" or something like "disable key counter" . The platen roller is usually coated in rubber and you can check if the platen roller has some eroded or cut sections.
