Does not load since installing windows 7
If you "upgraded" and installed over Vista, it is probably at the root of the problem. The same thing happened to me on one of my computers.
As much as you will hate to do it, you should do a "clean" install over a freshly formatted harddisk. That was the only way I was able to get my laptop to boot.

Call symantec and tell them the issue, the may give you the details of subscription by asking some details you might have given, when you bought the subscription..This might solve your issue with this..

When I click on my nortonantivirous Icon nothing
Replace Norton with AVG, Much better for Computer and Free too....
Does what Norton doesn't, scans where Norton can't, and uses less system Resources....
Go to
www.majorgeeks.com
and look for AVG Free Edition, it will always be free, and will update as needed, or as you tell it to

This is probably caused my W32.Fujacks.Ca. To remove it, you have to enter safemode, backup your registry and then navigate to the following place in this article to remove it.
