Norton rescue disk removal
Your best bet is to go to CNET.com and download a program named Revo Uninstaller. It's free and will clear out everything down to the depths of the registry.
If even Revo doesn't see it, I would reload Norton on your system, then uninstall with Revo.

I have 20 GB HDD which can'not detected is any software detect it
try to check it on CMOS setup, and see if ur HDD is detected there,
then also check the jumper settings of your HDD, is it connected as
master drive, or slave, then check other devices jumper settings for
CDROM or other HDD connected to your PC. (do this for initial
troubleshooting)

1. It's probably that your computer has been infected by a virus, try to format your flash drive on another computer.
2. The file probably a software to autorun portable apps on your flash drive, such as U3. It's not a problem

Norton Firewall Difficlty
I suggest not using norton. Goto www.avast.com and use the Free home-edition. Set your windows firewall back to defaults after norton is uninstalled.
Make sure to have Avast scan every file on your system. You very well maybe infected.
Please do not think norton is all that great because you payed for it. Get Avast.

D drive is full
With the given minimal amount of information, the following could resolve the existing lack of hardrive space.
FOR PC (Not for Mac)
1. DISK CLEANUP:
a. Open Windows Explorer
b. Right mouse click on the drive D
c. on the popup menu, click on "Properties"
d. a new window will popup, on the tabs is called "General"
e. on the "General" tab click on the "Disk Cleanup" Button
f. Follow directions and delete the files that Windows tells you to delete (Disclaimer: Since I can not see the files, I can not say if you will need tem or not; HOWEVER, for the last nine years, I have never seen this procedure delete any files necessary for the computers operation.
2. Alternatively, you can install another hardrive to have more hardrive space and so you would not have to deal with the 8 cds issue or lack of space.

My Employer Says They Are Going To Cut My Wages. Can They?
If you are in the middle of a contract, then cutting your wages is almost certainly a violation of your employment law rights. While I am by no means an expert on this matter, I did have a similar issue years ago - mid-contract wage cuts - and I hired an
employment attorney to fight the case on my behalf. It turned out that my employer was basically looking to scare people into taking the wage cut.
They got into some pretty serious legal trouble for their transgression, and nothing happened to me in terms of wage cuts after that. If you are between contracts, your employer can re-negotiate your salary, but as far as I am aware, if you are in an agreed-upon contract, they cannot just decide to reduce your salary. If you want to settle matters, contest this action with support from a legal professional.
