You may have to go back several times and keep on deleting more pieces of the programs that were there but this truly works. I got good and bad news. The bad news is that 99% of hardware (your camera) that comes with software (the disc) requires to interact or read the files on your camera (or media storage device (the memory card in which the data is stored).

Your only hope is to connect your USB cord between the devices and see if it comes up on the PC as finding new hardware connected. If it does and your able to open the media device try dragging the files off the storage device.

Next to that your ONLY option is to contact the manufacturer and explain what happened. Ask them to send you a disc that is compatible with your OS (Windows ##### Service Pack ####)
If you dont know what kind of system your operating on right click the My Computer folder/drive
go down to PROPERTIES on the first screen that pops up it will display in the bottom right what OS and SP you have and the hardware is listed above that

Uninstall winfax Pro,
Delete all related folders,
Then reinstall the programme again after reboot.
It should work well now.

Try FaxTalkPro. It imports WinfaxPro phonebooks and files, and the interface is very similar to WinfaxPro. The link to the trial version is:

click on the outbox to open it, right click the fax document and then left click on delete then click ok to confirm the delete is the usual process.

Try installing winfax from safe mode. I was having the same problem and this worked for me. However, when you install from safe mode, you will get error messages staing that the printer driver can not be installed. Do not worry about this, as you can install the printer drivers manually. Now, when you do the install, halfway thru, you will need to restart your computer. If you restart and the install does not finish by itself, go to program files, look for the winfax folder, open it and you will see another winfax folder. Open that, and first click the file INSPRINT.exe. This will manually install the print drivers. Second, click WNTSETUP, this will continue the install process.

2. Make sure the device is fully charged and not in charge mode.
3. Unzip and install the drivers with the device connected to your pc.

It seems you have not installed the `keychain' software If you do not you might receive a message that says `the drive is not formatted'.

Please re-install the Drivers.

you must have any antivirus/ antispyware to clean that.I recommend AVG free version and Superantispyware. Both of these can be downloaded and used for free(home user).

mine came up with C drive. so minimize the photo viewer and go to my computer and C drive and see what your route is to your pictures, then do the same thing in photo viewer. I think mine was C drive then documents and settings, then owner, then my pictures.

I am having trouble synching the pictures to the actual keychain though.

This problem is caused by the new security features that are added by SP2and above(for winXP). To prevent the error message and enable Fax Sharing, either update WinFax to version 10.04, or manually reconfigure the Windows XP security settings to permit Fax Sharing to work.

Try to restore your computer to previous state.

click on Start > all programs >accessories> System tools> System restore.

When restore window comes up select "restore my system to previos state" after thet select 3 day before date it's looking "dark" select and click restore.
