System check failure

You can completely switch off the power for a few minutes and there is also a 'reboot' button at the front/bottom of the treadmill that needs to be pushed for about 5 sec (check manual). In my case that did not work and I had to replace the complete control panel/dashboard. My problem was different, I got funny messages about errors and flashing numbers on the dashboard. Tunturi was helpful in getting me the necessary spare parts. Good luck.

Belt seems to be slipping

As a general rule, the belt should be kept as loose as possible. However, the belt must not slip on the rollers in normal use. Possible overtension can be quickly checked by walking on the belt at a speed of 3 mph The belt must slip on the front roller if you brake the belt with your feet, holding onto the hand rails, while you walk. If the belt does not slip, the tension is too high and the rear roller must be loosened. The belt tension and alignment is done by adjusting the rear roller position with the attachment bolts at the back of the treadmill a 1/4 turn at a time until correct tension attained. T
