Hi, soak the chuck in crc overnight then put the drill in low speed and reverse. Hold the chuck by hand or with multi grips and pull the trigger. Hope this helps, regards Phil.
How do you release the bits to change sizes
It is a keyless chuck. You should be able to grab the main body of the chuck and turn it to the left to release the bit. You can also hold the main body of the chuck and run the tool slowly in reverse whcih will also release the bit.
How do I take a bit out?
It is a keyless chuck. Put the drill in reverse (chuck should spin to the left when viewed from the back) and hold the main body area of the chuck with your hand while slowly running the drill. The chuck will open (unless it is broke) and release the bit. You do the opposite (slowing running the drill in forward) for tightening a bit in the chuck.

Hi, Take the drill apart using a star driver. When taking the chuck assembly from the yellow section have the drill chuch down to stop bits falling out. Once handle is apart popout the triggger assembly. Remove the two power leads from the assembly. Try a direct connection to the battery (polarity doesn't matter. If the motor goes it means that the trigger is U/S. Put a tester across the terminals (either set). You may have a short (as I had). It appears to me that the trigger is not user servicable. That is your torque, if you put it at 1 is runs slower but puts more power into it if you put it on 2 it runs faster but less power. I usually start with 2 and if it won't drive it in all the way put it on 1. Good Luck
How to remove drill chuck
drill chucks are pressed in, and beveled. The way I found is to open the chuck and tighten it around something like a lag bolt that is firmly secured to something like a bench top, I use the telephone pole outside my garage. After secured tight, give the drill a few raps with a rubber mallet, its in there tight but will come out.
