That looks like an obsolete file format. Did you do the backup with "Ghost"? If you can get Ghost 2009 or later, because it has backward compatibility you'll be able to access those .v21 (or .v2i) backups. The message comes up since Microsoft believes that the product key being used by your copy of windows is invalid. If you are 100% sure it is valid then contact Microsoft directly & they can provide you with a fix.
