My user account wants me change my password regularly and I cannot access it

As long as it's your computer, there is a program called Ophcrack, it works on XP, Vista and Win 7 as well as some Linux distro's When you download the file it's what is called an ISO, burn the ISO to a CD using whatever burning program you use to burn ISO images. Win 7 has a built in application.
  1. Insert the CD into the CD tray
  2. Turn off the computer you need to access
  3. Enter BIOS, this changes between motherboards but you should see a message on startup that says something like "Press F2 to enter setup: or press F8 to enter BIOS" you will need to find out what yours is, mostly F2,F6,F8 or DEL
  4. Once you have entered the BIOS screen, look for something which has to do with "Boot Order" or "Boot Options" Navigate to this screen now
  5. There should be a numbered list, what you want to do is put your CD drive as the first boot option, follow the onscreen instructions on how to do this, they change between computers unfortunately.
  6. Exit BIOS and save the configuration
  7. The computer will now reset, you must make sure the CD is inserted before this point
  8. The system will detect the CD and ask you to hit a key to boot from CD, Do it and accept
  9. From here Ophcrack is pretty much automatic, let it run for awhile and when you return, you should have the username and password, displayed on the screen.
  10. From here, eject the CD and reboot
Download Ophcrack Here: http://technewsadvisory.com/?page_id=387 You're now back in business.

I have tried all day to download the SSD5411-32bit. I have a Husqvarna sewing machine which I need a dongle for. Can you help. Thanks, Marya

First off the speed of downloading this would depend on your internet speed and if other devices are using your internet as well. so if you have kids in the house watching you tube videos or Netflix, this will slow down your down load speed. As for the dongle, you can try Ebay to see if anyone has it or try the manufacture's website http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/en-US/Support

Devices & Printers Page is Empty, nothing showing at all clean page.

I can't think of a fix of the top of my head as I don't recall coming across this before. I'd suggest trying a system restore and see if that will fix it, otherwise I'd take it back to where you had it imaged and have them re-image or fix the issue. If it wasn't there before the imaging then I'd have to say something didn't go quite right when they made the copy.
