My user account wants me change my password regularly and I cannot access it
As long as it's your computer, there is a program called Ophcrack, it works on XP, Vista and Win 7 as well as some Linux distro's
When you download the file it's what is called an ISO, burn the ISO to a CD using whatever burning program you use to burn ISO images. Win 7 has a built in application.
- Insert the CD into the CD tray
- Turn off the computer you need to access
- Enter BIOS, this changes between motherboards but you should see a message on startup that says something like "Press F2 to enter setup: or press F8 to enter BIOS" you will need to find out what yours is, mostly F2,F6,F8 or DEL
- Once you have entered the BIOS screen, look for something which has to do with "Boot Order" or "Boot Options" Navigate to this screen now
- There should be a numbered list, what you want to do is put your CD drive as the first boot option, follow the onscreen instructions on how to do this, they change between computers unfortunately.
- Exit BIOS and save the configuration
- The computer will now reset, you must make sure the CD is inserted before this point
- The system will detect the CD and ask you to hit a key to boot from CD, Do it and accept
- From here Ophcrack is pretty much automatic, let it run for awhile and when you return, you should have the username and password, displayed on the screen.
- From here, eject the CD and reboot

I just got kicked off Facebook
it seems like a fishing activity, may be your password is compromised and you will need another way to get back into the account to secure your details.
try to run a malware scan on the computer, check if you are entering the correct password. see if the alternate email is available or if you remember the answers to the security questions to recover the password.
if that does not help .. then call 1-877-805-1027 for expert help

How can I remove Malicious Add On from my computer
Download "Should I Remove It?" . It's free and deletes advertising.
Purge Your PC of Program Clutter
What is Should I Remove It?
Should I Remove It? is a very simple but extremely powerful Windows application that helps users, both technical and non technical, decide what programs they should remove from their PC. This typically includes finding and removing all sorts of crapware and bloatware such as adware, spyware, toolbars, bundled unwanted applications as well as many forms of malware. The program is very lightweight and extremely fast. Should I Remove It? simply scans your computer for all its' installed programs and then ranks what should be removed by leveraging the wisdom of the crowd (and of course our technical experts) to determine what should not be installed.

How I remove ofline
Martin, what do you need to remove "offline" from? "Offline" typically means that you are not connected to the internet or whatever system you are looking at.

Devices & Printers Page is Empty, nothing showing at all clean page.
I can't think of a fix of the top of my head as I don't recall coming across this before. I'd suggest trying a system restore and see if that will fix it, otherwise I'd take it back to where you had it imaged and have them re-image or fix the issue. If it wasn't there before the imaging then I'd have to say something didn't go quite right when they made the copy.
