one option is to install a third party program like revo uninstaller to force uninstall the program.It can also be due to slow computer.Please let us know what operatiing system are you using
It is done all the time. IF the directory is damaged then you would install it in a different directory for example instead of c:\windows you would create a new directory like for example it c:\win7. It is also true for every verson of windows ever made. Good Luck.
This is a bug replicating to be system file, try a clean boot through msconfig .. check the installed applications and remove any unwanted software..
Run a scan with your antivirus, this is very important...

Some things that caused this same issue for me were:
1. I had a very sensitive mouse and even though I was in bed, the mouse would move very slightly, but not noticeably, and that woke my computer up.
2. I have also had problems with USB devices (keyboards, mice, and wireless adapters). Sometimes, and usually over a period of several years, the ports on the computer will become loose (or something), causing the USB device to move around a little if the desk gets bumped. This caused my computer to play the "USB device removed and inserted" sound, and it also caused my computer to wake from sleep.
3. Check out your Scheduled Tasks. You are bound to have a few if you are not the type to manually delete them all. If updates are scheduled to run in the background, this could also be waking your computer up. Look out for Google, Apple, Adobe, and Java in particular. I always see them in Task Scheduler. And somehow, Google update keeps reappearing.
Go to https://java.com/download and use the tool provided to check and see if your Java and Java Flash are up to date. Java is always the biggest issue at pogo. Also, if its for a mobile device, only 5 games are released so far that will work.

Select "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Script Host\Settings" from the folders on the left of the Registry Editor window. Double click on "Enabled" in the window pane to the right. Set the Value to 1. Return to the folders list in the Registry Editor. Select the folder "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows Script Host\Settings." Again double click on "Enabled" in the window pane to the right and set the value to 1. That's it, you have successfully enabled Windows Script Host.
scroll down to object to be deleted in outlook express , contacts box , hi lite by one left click on object to be gone , and then right click /hold drag down to delete , let up on button , its gone , depending on your file structure set-up you may have to delete it a second time from your trash can on main desktop (same method as above)
