Take the fuel bowl off and clean it real good as well clean the fuel jet. It may be the bolt that holds the fuel bowl on. I am not sure. I use my air compressor to blow it out also get a real fine wire and put through the fine hole may help. It does not take very much dirt to make an engine not run right. I repair a lot that way that is not running properly.

Possible charging coil under the flywheel issue, or with the retifier, there is a tool called a negative shunt, this will quickly tell you if there is any charge to the battary from the engine

It could be fuel related when you incline. Either not enough gas in tank or float is not set up rite or fuel filter is clogged and not letting sufficient fuel flow to carb. Good Luck...

the on board electric system is not working, you lose your spark when you remove the jumper cables, this tells you the mower is not making its own electricity. So either the alternator or its regulator, or both have gone south.
With the engine running, you should have just above 12 volts at the battery.
So find a manual, locate the alternator/generator, and be looking in that area for a broken connection, blown fuse, or bad component.

Hi, I looked the model up in several places to see what the weight was listed as. All places I looked showed no weight at all? Showed most all other spec's, but no weight. I would try and use the MO-Jack and see if it does have the lifting power to move it fairly easy. You will be able to tell real quick. Do not leave it on the jack alone when you raise it to clean the under deck, use a stand of some kind to block it, in case the jack slips you never no. If you have a small bottle jack rated for a ton or ton and a 1/2 would work well also. You would have to use blocks along with the other jack. The size of the unit with a 15 H.P. motor and the body, I would think the weight would exceed the 300lb. limit, so I'm not sure not knowing the weight either if it will do the job. You will have to try and play it by ear. Please be careful as I wouldn' t want you to get injured at all. Just give it a try, it may come right on up. You won't know until you try. Your seat safety switch is not working. If the seat switch isn't activated, ie. a person sitting on the seat, the safety system will stop the engine when the levers are engaged. There is probably only one lever safety switch, on the right lever, which is why the left one doesn't kill the engine. Check the seat switch continuity and the wiring for loose connections.

Likely there is air trapped in the system. Try raising drive wheels (safely) off the ground and operating forwards backwards. With minimal load on the hydo pump and motor, the air should purge.

The flywheel key has likely sheared. Contemporary utility 2-cycle flywheel keys are integrated into the flywheel. A new flywheel will be likely be required.
