You can hard rest your samsung S5620, but remember you will lose all your contact, messages, phone book etc.
- turn OFF the mobile - remove the sim card from the mobile. - turn ON the mobile and wait for the home screen to appear - now enter *2767*3855# wait for the phone to reboot. - Upgrade Monte firmware by downloading Samsung Kies and PC Sync.

You can get the unlock code through online..........give your IMEI number and get the unlock code for ur mobile.... i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website. This site is nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
