i forget my nokia c5 phone lock code pls help me

Switch-off your phone. 1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone. Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show! 2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory settting.

To format dial *#7780# or *#7370# which restores the factory settings. it will ask you to confirm that press OK. it will take some time and your handset will be format & restored to original settings.

But if you format the whole phone memory then follow the procedure below

First of all Switch off your phone then press and hold 3 keys combined

• Green dial key
• Star key no *
• No 3 key on keypad

• In the process don't leave the 3 press and hold keys, After some time the phone will format completely

Nokia has recently upgraded C5 firmware from 032.010 to 061.005. This firmware will solve the low sound issue which you are facing. It also has lot of new features like Emoticons are now enabled in smileys.

For updating to this latest firmware ..
Go to Menu>Settings>SW Update.

You must have a NET package enabled since it downloads some files from Nokia. Also make sure that you've enough battery power since it takes some time.

To put the phone lock password in Nokia C5-03. Follow the given steps:
Go To Menu >> Settings and Phone>> Phone Mgmt >> Security>> Phone and Sim Card>>Lock Code
The default code is 12345. After entering dafault lock code you can put new lock code.Keep the
new code secret and separate from your device

if you hold finger on the volume up button dial a box comes up on the bottom of the screen says do you want to stay offline you press no and the phone will reboots itself into normal mode
