Why my windows wont boot up past the wallpaper no icons nothin
Could be any number of issues, try booting up in safe mode. If it boots up in safe mode, shut it down by selecting the shut-down option, then try rebooting. If it still does the same go back to safe "mode with networking." Update your anti virus and scan. Then update and scan for malware. Reboot again. If still not going go safe mode again, run fixdisk, if that does not fix it, try system restore to an earlier time and see what happens.if that doesn't work download a program called HDD Regenerator and run it from a CD or USB, it may fix it.

How do i boot my windows xp when only the wallpaper shows, no icons nothing
First Question John is simple but have you tried to reboot or have you tried to simply go into Recovery mode, even if you do not get there all the way, if it stops before you get to the Safe Mode Screen, just kill your box cold and restart. If not you may have gotten your boot sequence done.
Check on your C drive which you may have to get to via DOS commands and see if your Boot.ini file on the Root of the /C/ drive is similar to mine - except I still like to run this older box with Win XP Pro - [boot loader]timeout=30default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS[operating systems]multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn

How do i get this off my computer http://www.incredibar-search.com ?
It looks like you have a virus or malware on your PC. The very title in the URL is highly indicative of this being the case and a search of incredibar shows it to be spyware. I'm no chrome expert but I would look for infection first and be very careful of using the internet because you may have acquired adware, malware and worse.
I use Norton 360 and Malwarebytes.

I have cancelled my subscription to Driverupdate. Will you no longer bill me?
I had something similar with a company who for $3 per month charged me after I cancelled it. No emails would stop them, so I went into the bank and said I lost my card, eventually got a new card and that was the only way to stop them debiting my account.
If you have given them your account number to debit instead of your card number, then you may have more problems with them.
Don't know about the company so not sure how reliable they are.

I have to list a number of name, phone number and
You can use word or excel depending on how you want the finished product to look. In excel you can use grid lines to make easier reading. The cells or boxes are adjustable in size so you can change them as you go. If you naver used your excel or word your programs will have a tutorial in it, you should watch this and it will teach you the basics so you can get started and experiment as you go if you like. HP and Microsoft also offer free on line classes if you like what your doing and would like to take advanced classes to learn more. Have fun and type your paper it will be easier than you think.

How do i check card to see if its bad
if its a graphicks card, just borrow one fom a friend. You can go to device manager on your computer and if there is a yellow exclamation mark on you graphics card then there is a problem with it.
You maybe have a in-built graphicks. If so just add a card to your external slot on your motherboard. Also you do not mention what card is the problem. Maybe updates is all you need.
