The reason Your computer does not recognize the phone is because it does not have the USB driver software on it, that is why Your computer is not recognizing the phone. Follow the steps below to get the support you need so Your computer will be able to recognize the phone.

Try by Hard Reset?

1. Power button to switch ON device.
2. Then press and hold Volume UP + Search button + Home button until see Factory Reset question.
3. Select OK.
4. Now your phone will restart.
5. Done, you can work on your device.

Ok, I would say to reset your phone by code, just dial

• Dial 3845#*54#
• Now select Factory reset

You need to do a factory hard reset, just Google that and the phone make and model name.

I wrote this tip some time ago. I did it based in on my Motorola Defy phone, running Froyo, but I do hope it might work for you, somehow.

Okay, what i do is set up an email just for this purpose. When you send your message it will usually ask what kind of message you wish to create. You can create it as an email and just send it to your email. If this doesn't work, what you could do is go to your mobile service provider's web site or google what format your cell phone's email would be. When you find this format, you can use your email account to send a message to the cell phone. ALSO!! some emails, such as gmail, will allow you to email a cell phone without the format code, but it sometimes does not work. You may also try to just send your picture to the email. When it asks for the number you want the picture sent to, you could just enter the email you would like the email sent to, as this is what i usually do to upoad my pictures onto facebook. Once the picture is sent to your email, you can save the picture by right clicking it and clicking on the 'save as' button. If you are not too keen with the computer you are using, you can click on the destination area as the 'desktop'. This will make a shortcut to find the saved picture right on your desktop. I hope this works =]

please reflash the ROM with a bootable recovery image, google to get the process, or contact nearest service center as the boot image is corrupted...

Is it case sensative? Are you sure you did input the correct password. Some networks have different passwords on 2,4gHz / 5gHz

Hello William, To transfer files using USB devices

1. Connect the LG OPTIMUS M+ to your PC using a USB cable.
