It is hoped you bought this new because there is an issue with the digitizer(the glass plate that sits on top of your lcd screen and recognizes when you touch the screen). I've worked on tablets and phones for several years now and, unless you bought it new and with a warranty then your next step is to take it to a reputable phone repair service and have them replace the digitizer. If you hold the phone up flat and you can see ANY kind of separation between the LCD and the digitizer, then it will NOT function properly. Sometimes you have to replace both the digitizer and the lcd as they are one piece. Hope this helps.

1. First Check your sound device connect correctly in specified port.
2. Go to the control panel and select "Sound and Audio Device" select voice and "Test Hardware" and Press "Next" (Note: if any alert is showing about "Windows Firewall" please select "Unblock" option") after the click next,plug you Head Phone and Mic"

this is hardware issue, i think you need to show some official mobile repairer, because i personally think it is a flat cable problem, many times it need to disconnect and reconnect again to main board of device and this solve the problem and if is it damaged maybe need to buy new flat cable.

it's not a battery problem you have please. something has gone wrong with the touchscreen itself and needs to be quickly checked out. if you have an LG service center close to where you work, or live then you can turn it in there. you must be prepared to part with some cash too. they will diagnose the problem easily and even go ahead to get things sorted out with your touch phone.
