You don't say how your program is not working, but one of the problems with your code is where you have x=x+1. Loops using For Next don't need a statement to add 1 to the value of x. The variable x will automatically be increased by 1 each time the program reaches the Next x statement. Your program should be

The solution would be to have an input column(e.g. A) that is separate to the hours and overtime columns. Then in the hours column enter =IF(A1<40,A1,40) and in the overtime column =IF(A1<41,0,A1-40)

First, purchase Microsoft Office 2007. You may qualify for the Student version; try a College Bookstore for best price.
Otherwise, you may want the BASIC version.
Logon to your computer with the admin account (or the account you normally use), insert the MS Office CD into the drive.
You will be prompted for information, such as "Name, organization, etc." You can answer anyway that you wish.
You will be asked for the "key" which is on a label on the CD cover (don't lose it).
That's all!
Afterwords, scan the CD label with the key code and save it somewhere. Do not give the "key" to anyone else, or your Office application may become un-usable.
