Make sure your SMTP settings for outbound mail are configured correctly. Try to to delete the outbox messages first.

The version you are running is fairly old now. After the lastest version are you sill running into these issues.

Sadly this is most likely a coverage or server issue. You will want to contact your Mobility team or Good Admin at your office. They should be able to look into this delay for you. The only thing you can do on this end is make sure that you are in excellent coverage or on wifi when you try to send the emails. Any other part of the delay will most likely be at your companies server.

You can adjust the font size in the Andriod Good Appliation by going to Preferences -> Application Font Size. You can set the font size larger there.

I don't have an iOS device on me at the moment, but in your general device settings. There should be an option for notifications. And inside of the there is an option for Good. You can disable or customize the push notifications. Also note that due to the iOS freeze states the Good application can't process in the back ground after about 5-10 minutes away from the app. It will still request push notifications on an OS level from the Apple Push servers. But that can be disabled in the above notification settings.

Hold down CTRL and + to make the font bigger, CTRL- to make it smaller.

easiest way is to load the movie file into Itunes. Then under menu: Advanced is a button to convert movie to IPOD.....
click it
u'll se a converting area appear around where itunes has its devices or store downloads.
once its done converting, make sure ur Iphone sync has movies checked, and select that movie
