I hope my reply is not too late. When you restore data from Icloud to new Iphone (6 or even 5S), lockbox box pro app is installed without data. The way to restores is that you backup Lockbox data from old Iphone (See instructions in the app on the old phone) then ask the app in Iphone 6 to import data which you had backed up. This method worked when I moved from Iphone 4 to 5S. GAM

You need to input the same passcode that you use to open the app if you have created one.

You can only retrieve your data if you have backed-up your phone (hopefully recently) or exported your lockbox contents using the "export data" function. Otherwise, you may be out of luck.

Use the IP address of your iphone (check Settings/Wifi/network details) and add :88 to this address.

You can recover the App by reinstalling the App from Itunes or Icloud. It will restore App without data. You need to use data backup to reimport data from backed up file.

My wife and I experienced the exact same problem yesterday with Lockbox. The only explanation I have is that I just recently updated the IOS software, but really don't know why this happened. I was able to fix it doing a "restore" from an iTunes backup I had done for both phones just 4 days earlier. The app works again and all information was restored. This should work for you as well and hopefully you have done a recent backup of your phone because you will lose things on a restore that occurred after the last backup (e.g. photos, calendar entries, notes other app information, etc.). If your last backup was a while ago, you should probably first try to transfer or identify some of your more recent photos and things so you can save or reload those things. Good luck!

Tip:
Back up your data, images, videos.
All important data.
Then get a better more reliable app as the one you are using is "third party"

Same problem just discovered today with Lockbox on mine and my wife's iphone. Not sure if it can be fixed.
