After trying to find manual and doing it the right way with no success my son solved the door problem with a metal fork. Where your hand meets the handle (inside the door drum) shove the fork in to force the clip open. Not the outer edge of the door, theres no locking system there - behind the actual handle.

down the bottom on the right hand side is a flap,,, open it down and you will be looking at the front end of the pump,, unscrew the plastic screw type and pull it out.. if you cant pull it out after you have unscrewed it ypou will need to tilt the machine on its back and undo the one screw at the bottom near the pump, slide the whole plimpth right and it will clip off,, now undo the 3 screws around the pump,, and the pump will drop down,, you can unscrew it from its housing then empty the **** whats inside it,, then try unscrewing it once all the **** is out... then put it back together the way it came undone.
