Trying to download a driver for primefilm 1800u

The drivers it needs are in Windows\system32\drivers and include usbscan.sys and 2 others. I discovered that I had to run the device troubleshooter until it came across the single image scanner, I let it install drivers and then it worked with the primefilm software. That took hours, but the solution was to let Windows 7 64 bit do a troubleshoot on the hardware.

The drivers are available here: http://www.scanace.com/support/Cyb_X_SF.htm . The English version is here: http://download.scanace.com.tw/CyberView_X/CVXSF/PC/118c/SF_ENG.exe .

Turn off the scanner and disconnect the data cable. Make sure that any other scanners or all-in-one printers are off. Download the file from above and then run the file as administrator. If you are the administrator, double-click on it. Connect the scanner and turn it on when prompted. Then click Start > All Programs > Cyberview X to scan.

I hope this helps.
