Yes you can check in IT stores (Radio Shack, Best Buy etc) Sometimes it comes as universal adaptor. All you need is the match socket type Voltage and Amperage. There are available for car also. You can check the brand names Targus, Belkin and other trusted brands.

These units are known for bad spin motors. the unit appears to be working , but does not obtain the speed needed to extract the information for the a/d converter to correlate.Unfortuneately it is not economically feasible to repair there units. Most likely it is one of three things. I have had to repair mine.
1) Pulled out LASER (red head) Flex cable or connector
2) Mechanical binding of the linear slide mechanism
3) The actual Flex circuit connector on the Read Head has pins lifted up from the small circuit board due to some sort of stress - I repaired mine under a microsope with a very small Antex soldering iron.

if your Durabrand TV model ON32F6000D offers updates via USB also, Make sure the USB drive is empty and has enough space to accommodate the firmware update file. then Copy the downloaded firmware update file from your computer onto the root directory of the USB flash drive
